Instructions
Order by fax: On-line order: Please make sure that all the information you provide on the order form is 100% accurate, since all information will be verified by our credit card network BEFORE we can ship your order. Whether you order over the phone or use on-line or fax orders, your privacy and credit card information will be protected! We do not release or sell our customer listings. Order by phone: International orders and shipping can be arranged. See INTERNATIONAL ORDERS section below. We accept Visa and MasterCard (no surcharge for US addresses), American Express, C.O.D. company checks and cashier checks, and money orders. COD payments require a $8.00 COD fee. Corp./ Gov't/ University PO's are accepted with a possible $5 surcharge for first PO. Please do not automatically assume we can accept PO from all companies because even one Fortune 500 company is in our blacklist since their account is months over due. To set up a new company account with us,
please fax your PO along with your company's trade/credit references and
bank information to (301)572-2169. We will inform you when your
account is set up. For your first PO, there will be a $5 account setup fee
automatically added to the "Shipping and Handling" charge. Sorry, in most cases, we can not accept
international POs. RETURNS All claims of damaged goods or errors in shipments must be made within 5 days of receipt. It is up to PSI and/or its supplier to determine if refund or replacement will be granted. Computer memories can be returned for exchange
or replacement only. All refunds for
non-defective items will be charged with a 15% restocking fee if returned
within 28 days of the sales in its original packaging and in good resalable
condition. No returns after 28 days. All returns require
RMA# and prepaid freight. Special order items and shipping costs are not refundable!
Dealers' purchases can only be exchanged or returned for
"CREDIT".
Same-day shipping is available if order is placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. In the U.S., we normally send via UPS or FedEx. Approximate shipping rates are as follows; insurance (about $0.50 per each $100) is mandatory and costs extra. a). Domestic Next-Day delivery costs $25 for
the first pound and about $3 extra for each additional pound. International orders are accepted and payments by wire transfer or prepaid bank draft in U.S. fund are encouraged. (Wire transfers may be the only accepted payment method for some countries). A 3% surcharge (minimum $5) will be added to all NEW customers' credit card orders to cover credit verification costs. Repeated orders are exempted from this charge. We may also impose another $6 surcharge if the item is not in stock and needs to be special-ordered for you. Please provide delivery address, phone number, credit card number, expiration date, holder's name on the card, credit card's billing address, credit card issuing bank's name and bank phone number in order for us to process the order. For credit card orders, in some cases, our bank will require your Visa/MasterCard's 3-digit or Amex's 4-digit "SECURITY VERIFICATION CODE" which appears after the credit card number at the back of the Visa and MasterCard near the signature strip, or in the front of the Amex card. Our bank needs this code in order to protect our international customers. For certain purchases, wire transfer (T/T) payment method is preferred. The following is our banking information:
All wire transfers have a US$30-$35 extra fee to cover the charges by your bank's U.S. affiliated bank and our bank. Depending on your exact address, the overseas shipping and insurance normally costs $40-$100 for the first pound and about $6-$18 extra for each additional pound via UPS/Fedex Expedited, which takes about 3 - 7 days. UPS Express and FedEx International Priority are faster (2- 3 days) but a bit costlier. Deliveries to Canada, Mexico, East Asian and Western European countries are among the cheapest. Shipping to other countries are higher. The exact shipping charge depends on the delivery address. Please go to http://www.ups.com to check the shipping rate to your location; use 20904 as the "ship from" zip code. Insurance cost (about $0.50 per each $100) is mandatory and extra. Upon your request, we may ship via the U.S.
Postal Service Air Mail, which generally costs you about half of the
UPS/FedEx charges.
Please bear in mind that postal air mail involves two countries' postal systems and if
something goes wrong it will take weeks or months to track it even for insured items. By
requesting the cheaper postal mail delivery, you will exempt PSI from the
responsibility of possible
delay or loss although we do insure all packages.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT & WARRANTY Each product has its own declared warranty period. All warranties will be carried out by the respective manufacturers/vendors. FREE tech support from PSI and manufacturers. You must provide us with the sales # on the receipt/invoice in order for us to properly assist you.
