This IEEE 1394 Firewire cards give you the capability to connect FireWire multimedia / consumer devices to any CardBus compliant Macintosh or Notebook PC. Some of the devices you can add to your system are Digital Video camcorder, hard disk drives, printers, scanners and other FireWire/1394 audio/video devices including TV, VCR, DVD (may need device drives from device manufacturers).
