        Tron Link was the original designer and manufacturer of the Radar Balls in 1988. Since some company recently used our expired patent technology and took our name, we've come up with a new design, the second-generation and much improved Laser Ball (Radar Baseball II). Our balls are more accurate, sturdier and packed with desirable features than other cheap imitators'.

        This is a regulation-size and weight. baseball with the amazing hand-sensing technology* for pitching practice. The ball can sense if it is being held or touched by your hand so you can hold & grasp the ball naturally before the pitching. Once you pitch the ball it will notice immediately. When the ball is caught, the speed of the ball is displayed instantly.

        Starting from Spring 2003, the new Laser Softballs (model SB-10) also became available. Both balls had gone through very thorough field testing by the Spalding Sports Worldwide, Inc. before mass production began. Model LB-10 Laser Baseball: preset pitching distances of 20', 30', 40', 46', 50', 60 1/2', 70' and 80'. For adults and junior players.
Displays speed in MPH. PVC skin. Currently in stock!

Model SB-10 Laser Softball: preset pitching distances of 40', 43' and 46'.
Displays speed in MPH. PVC skin. Currently in stock!

Readings are accurate from 20 to 120 MPH.

Press and release the "Start" button to activate the ball to the "standby" mode ready for pitching.

Press "Start" button for more than 3 seconds to change pitching distance.

Countdown immediately starts when the ball leaves your hand and speed is displayed on LCD instantly upon impact.

Automatic power shut-off after 2 minutes if not in use. Battery lasts years.

Balls are standard with PVC ball skin. Cowhide and split-leather ball skins are optional.

Warning: Do not hit with a bat or pitch against a hard wall. If the ball gets wet, let it dry thoroughly before re-use! Soaking in water will damage the circuitry inside and/or shorten the battery life.
